March Ripped Person – Marzia

What was your first class like? 

-My first class was with Hallie and it was great! I told her I haven’t work out in years and she made sure to give me all the instructions and motivate me. I really liked the vibe in the studio, the lighting and the music made me focus 100% on myself and on the workout.

What do you love about Ripped? 

-Ripped is a place where you can push yourself at your own pace and have fun at the same time. Here I learnt to work out because it makes me feel good physically and mentally, not because I feel like I “have to”. And that’s thanks to the super friendly and healthy environment you all created!  It’s the best good morning. (Also I love the doggies)

What have you accomplished? 

-I have won the lottery! I have never been consistent with exercise in my life. Now I have been consistent for 8 months (😱) and I am very proud of my accomplishments. I feel stronger, more energetic, and I love myself even more. I also learnt a lot about form and nutrition, which has been super helpful.

And what you still hope to accomplish?

-I already feel satisfied with my goals but I hope I will keep improving my endurance in running and lifting strength. I also dream to win a squat battle against Malik. 💪
