July Ripped Person – Nanuka
My name is Nanuka. I grew up in a small city in Europe, Tbilisi, which is the capital of Georgia. Growing up I slowly fell in love with exploring new things, especially within myself – of how much I could learn and transform. Given that I always found helping people rewarding, I chose medicine, and I went through a long journey of exploring and learning, to finally practice in the US.
I was physically active during certain (small) stages of my life, but I have never been consistent before I found RippedPHL. To me, coming here was an act of self-care, realizing that I would not be able to help others, if I was the one in need of help, in the first place. And I will be forever thankful to Emma, who was the one I first chatted with, and received some guidance.
There are plenty reasons why I never left, and it will take me too long to name all of them. So I will just focus on the fact, that literally EVERYONE is welcome here. It really does not matter, whether you are a professional athlete, or a newbie (like me), you totally have the freedom to listen to your body and do what feels best for you. And the great thing is, you slowly realize how far you have come both physically and mentally, thanks to the AMAZING instructors who always make you push your limits.
