In Studio Training
I joined Ripped about a year ago and the classes have truly opened up my eyes on what a balanced workout routine should look like and the importance of continually challenging yourself. Prior to joining I found myself feeling frustrated, stagnant and losing motivation towards my fitness goals — I was hitting a plateau and I knew something had to change. I checked out a few exercise classes in the area and never found anything that challenged me both mentally and physically. After my first class at Ripped I knew I found what I was looking for.
The exercise program at Ripped is designed to keep your body guessing and challenge you to constantly push yourself. The trainers know how to properly motivate you and force you out of your comfort zone. For me, working out is much more than cardio and lifting weights. It’s a time for me to block out a part of the day for myself where I destress and get reinvigorated to take on the day. My new found motivation and focus has carried over to other facets of my life. I’m making healthier choices in my diet, have a more balanced sleep schedule, and find myself in an overall better mood day in, day out. I can’t say enough good things about Ripped and the positive impact it has had on my life. I got hooked on the feeling I get after leaving each Ripped class and it’s what keeps me coming back.
