- Type of exercise that kicks your ass? RUNNING. Running has always been my weakness. I really struggle with endurance on runs. My comfort zone has always been strength, but I love challenging myself with running. No judgement, I’m pretty slow!

Danielle’s connection to fitness began after many years of competitive cheerleading. Danielle discovered fitness was the ultimate stress reliever; and found weight training to feel empowering. Danielle knew she wanted to share her passion, and started coaching youth gymnastics, before deciding to pursue a certification in Personal Training through the National Academy of Sport’s Medicine. Danielle also has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Danielle was a full- time social worker before dedicating herself full-time to fitness. Danielle was raised in NY, and currently resides in Philadelphia, with her three rescue pups, and significant other.
