October Ripped Person – Kate

I decided to try Ripped at the end of last year when I was searching for a physical and mental release from new job stress and I’m so glad I did! As a former competitive and collegiate athlete, exercise has always been a major part of my life but I hadn’t worked out consistently since moving to Philly almost 5 years ago.  My first class was a Wednesday Booty Day with Katie and I loved that there was no pressure, but also a team aspect of getting through a tough workout together that made me want to push myself. The classes are great for me since I can show up without having to plan my own workout and I know I will be challenged and every class will be different. I can tell my fitness and endurance are improving and I feel less stress and more energy- I’m looking forward to hitting the 100 class mark soon!
