January Ripped Person – Andrea

I have to admit that I was a little nervous before my first workout at Ripped, but I was quickly put at ease as soon as I walked in and met Katie, who led my first class. The workout was great, and I was amazed by how much my body could do- things that I would never have pushed myself to try on my own. The coaches are so encouraging, and everyone around you is there for a common goal- to push themselves to be and feel their best. The environment is fun, and I genuinely look forward to making the time for class. I feel lucky to have found a place (and people/community!) like this!
