For most of my life I was overweight and did not exercise at all. I thought that I was simply incapable of being fit. But I slowly started to make positive changes and began working out a year ago. I have been going to rippedphl at Cherry Hill since they opened, and have found a new happy place! The coaches are all wonderful, and I have been able to do more than I ever thought possible! I went from only being able to walk on the treadmill to jogging and now running! And from using 5 lb weights to now 15 and 20 lb weights. I love coming to ripped, and can’t wait to see my future progress! I am feeling stronger and healthier than ever, and rippedphl is a huge part of my journey.
