What brought you to RippedPHL? I started training with my friend/former RippedPHL instructor Abby Freitag, and never left!

What’s your favorite part about working out here? The community, support, and unparalleled education that the instructors have!

What’s one thing you’ve accomplished here that you’re proud of? Learning to lift! Through RippedPHL and the small group training classes (shout out to Katie, Malik, Caleb, Jess S., MK), I’ve started to educate myself on how to lift. I was beyond intimidated to step into the gym by myself (I’m a class girlie through and through) and now I could not love lifting and learning about how to do it properly more!

Favorite post-workout meal or snack? Abby’s Got A Date smoothie (duh)
