What brought you to RippedPHL?
I was looking to get back into strength training while also incorporating cardio—and RippedPHL offered the perfect combination. The workouts fly by, and the constant variety keeps me engaged and challenged. Every class is different, and I always leave feeling stronger.

What’s your favorite part about working out here?
The instructors and the community, without a doubt. My 6am crew pushes me to run faster, lift heavier, and keep going even when it’s tough. It’s such a motivating and supportive environment, and that energy makes a huge difference.

Describe your first Ripped class in one word.
Exhausting—but in the best way. I could barely keep up, but I left inspired to come back and get stronger.

What do you do for fun outside of Ripped?
I love to travel, spend time with friends and family, and try new restaurants—I’m definitely a big foodie!

What’s one thing you’ve accomplished here that you’re proud of?
My endurance and strength have completely transformed. I’m running faster and farther and lifting weights I never thought I’d be able to handle. A year ago, I wouldn’t have touched them. Now, I feel stronger, more confident, and excited to keep improving.
