May Ripped Person – Katie

Works hard every single class, brings great energy, and somehow still manages to be one of the nicest people in the room. We love her!

  1. What brought you to RippedPHL? I was looking for a gym that would push me mentally and physically. After my time of being an athlete came to an end after college it was hard to find a workout class that I didn’t get bored from. I did class pass and tried different gyms but after that first class at ripped I knew I found my new home. I fell in love with ripped and haven’t looked back since.
    2. What’s your favorite part about working out here? the variety. I love the different instructors and the different energy they each bring to class. I also love the not knowing how long the switches will be so having the element of “surprise” brings even more fun.
    3. What’s your go-to treadmill speed: Beast Mode or Power Walker? usually beast mode but by the end of class on the last switch sometimes I regret my decision!
    4. What do you do for fun outside of Ripped? Sporting events (especially college football), exploring the amazing Philly food scene, hanging out at breweries with a good Hazy IPA and traveling!
    5. What’s one thing you’ve accomplished here that you’re proud of? anytime I finish Katie’s leg conditioning classes! They are the hardest but I keep coming back for more
