Ripped Person of the Month: Asia!
Asia is strong, consistent, and works hard AF every time she walks into the studio. She’s the kind of person who pushes herself and inspires everyone around her to do the same. And if T2 is open, you’re more than likely to find her on it. 🔥

What brought you to RippedPHL?

I wanted a workout that blended strength and cardio. I was decent at lifting, but I struggled with running. I knew I needed something that would help me grow in both areas, and challenge me in the areas I usually avoided, so Ripped was perfect!

Favorite post-workout meal or snack?

My go to is a Perfect Bar (dark chocolate chip with peanut butter). On weekends I also love to stop by Elixr or the Rittenhouse Farmers’ Market to grab a snack.

What’s one thing you’ve accomplished here that you’re proud of?

My endurance has gotten so much better! I can run farther and recover faster than I used to. I can also get up the studio stairs and feel only slightly winded (and sometimes I even jog up them!!)😂
