  1. How did you become passionate about fitness? As a two sport D1 athlete, fitness has always been a central focus of my life. I grew up in a super active family
  2. What makes Ripped special? The people make ripped special. From starting myself as a client to becoming a trainer, it’s the people and their energy that keeps me coming back for more
  3. Type of exercise that kicks your ass? Hills and sprints
  4. Favorite athlete? Nick Foles 41-33
  5. What are you listening to during your workouts? Could be anything…typically something upbeat or rap. Sometimes it oldies. Depends on my mood
  6. Coolest place you’ve visited? Australia we went scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef and it was breathtaking. Literally..
  7. If you didn’t live in Philly where would you live? Probably California
  8. Celebrity doppelgänger? Julie Ertz
  9. Your last meal on earth? Any red sauce pasta with lots of cheese and a glass of house wine in Italy
  10. In a second life, you would be… One of Katie’s dogs (they have the life)

  12. Quote you try to live by? How you do anything is how you do everything
  13. Favorite weekend activity? Longs walks with Gimlet and hanging with my husband
  14. Best advice for someone considering a career in fitness? Just start…and find people in the industry to guide you.
  15. What are the lessons you’ve learned through fitness? Don’t eat too close to a workout… Also, You are capable of more than you think, you just have to tell the voice in your head to shut it.
  16. A fun fact about you that may surprise people? I was an ocean lifeguard for 10 years
  17. What are you most proud of? Being a nurse (and Gimlet)
  18. Favorite sports team? Unfortunately the Philadelphia Eagles
  19. Favorite muscle group to work? Legs….my Wednesday crew knows. I have a love-hate relationship with legs
