New Year Deserves A New You!! Day 1

DAY 1 of our 4-day FREE!! series to upgrade your current gym workouts!! New year deserves a new you!!

Each day we will offer new exercises that break you out of your current routine. Progress your body past common exercises, add compound exercises that engage multiple muscle groups, and train your body to not only strengthen, but build better balance, stability and spatial awareness.  Click “Day 1” below for a video of how to perform these exercises!

Try to perform the entire program 2-3 times.

  1. BOSU squats with kettlebell twist
  • 10 repetitions each side (no rest between)
  • Kettlebells should be 8lbs to 12lbs
  1. One leg squat with cable pull down
  • 12 repetitions each side (no rest between)
  • Weight should be about 50% of bodyweight or greater
  1. Front and back BOSU lunges with kettlebell row
  • 12 repetitions each side (no rest between)
  • Kettlebell should be 8lbs to 12lbs
  1. Burpees with a BOSU and plate
  • 15-20 repetitions
  • 25lb plate
